New Owners

All Buyers are subject to our background check process prior to occupying property in the Gardens of Gulf Cove. This background / application process must be completed and a Certificate of Approval issued prior to closing.

Background Check:

$75.00 per person over the age of 18 or

$75.00 per married couple. 

(payments accepted by personal check or money order)

Execute Buyer application packet and pay fee. 

Must complete Property Owner Registration within 30 days of purchase. 

Transfer/Application fee

A one time transfer/application fee of $150.00 will be added to your closing documents.

Rentals

Rentals are prohibited within the 1st Year of ownership, after which subject to rental restrictions as outlined in our governing documents.  

Annual Assessments

$420.00 due January 1st (grace period until Jan. 30th (after Jan. 30th a $25.00 late fee will be applied).

Trash and Yard waste

Pickup is on Monday.
