Service pets will require legal documentation to be submitted to the Association for approval.  Form can be found on our website in Documents & Forms.

TENANTS

All Tenants over the age of 18 are subject to our background check process and must be be issued an approval letter prior to occupancy date.  We cannot accept background reports from other sources. 

Background check:

$75.00 per person over the age of 18, or 

$75.00 per married couple

(payments accepted by personal check or money order)

In addition to the Background check a one time Transfer /Application fee: $150.00

One payment can be made for the full amount.
